Shipping

Orders shipped within the contiguous United States are shipped via USPS. Prices are determined by weight of order. Delivery time is 5-7 business day. 

 

Tax on orders shipped from MOLAA

Merchandise shipped from MOLAA to addresses within the State of California will be charged the current Long Beach tax. Orders shipped to addresses outside the State of California will not be charged tax.

 

Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy -

You are assured of complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from the MOLAA Stores. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, please return it with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you have any questions about a return, please contact us at 562.216.4102.

Events -

All ticket purchases are final, and non-refundable. To cancel your reservations contact our Visitor Services desk at 562-437-1689 or at frondesk@molaa.org. For cancellations received 72 hours prior to the event date, credits may be applied to a future event.
